| Query: Hi
Jeetu, Your response was very bland and I was
expecting some detailed inputs on this from your
end. How will this area develop if we do not have
basic infrastructure in place? Also, all the
buyers are paying close to 2.5 L for EDC and IDC
which I assume is for developing the area. Even if
builders deliver flats on time...2010 or 2011, it
will be of no use if you do not have proper roads
connecting the area. Can you please tell us if
there is any way of getting the information out
from the government authorities? Your help on this
matter is very critical. |

association so that we could file an RTI seeking
information and status and further to pursue the

pls berif, wht is allotment procedure in case of
Uppals group. How they alloted units in Canary-GGN
Pjt. And by when alootment is expected for FBD
pjt?? |

gurgaon they called customers to their office and
offered allotment on first cum first serve basis.

came to know that Uppal Jade has recieved all its
approvals and now construction will start asap.
and they has also revised there rates to 2100 from
1950, Is that so? |

Jitendra ji, thanks for your advice. As I have
read a lot about Uppal (The Jade) and Puri
(Pratham), I have a dilemma which one is good for
enduser as well as for a investor as both are
roughly costling same. I also have one more query
when do you realistically see inhabitation in
Naharpar (new sectors) area? Regards Alok |

see entry in projects at newer price as investment
really. Resale projects from triveni, bptp could
be better investment. However, for enduse, check
out location, floor plans and specs. Establish
value for money and preferences yourself.

Uppal Jade has recieved all necessary approvals
from HUDA for starting construction on their

There, I need to know about the update of the new
project of Uppal, jade in Faridabad. Is it
completely a multi-story apartment complex or it
also offers plot of various sizes from 200 to 500
sq.yds. Please provide me the information. Thanks

apartments. Boto is planning to open original
booking of plots in the range of 16-18k psy with
15 percent booking amount. Suirtable for those not
comfortable with resale hassles and willing to
avail max bank funding. | |

in sec-80 fbd and licence received. can u pls give
details on this pjt like price, area/size and
expected launch time. How would u rate this with
Uppals Jade. Which would be better option from end
user. What is expected time for Uppals launch.

| Query: Since
there are customer complaints against most
developers I wanted to ask whether Uppal is a good
developer. I am finding it very difficult to trust
anyone. Wonder why DLF, Unitech or Ansals are not
present there. Is there some problem with the land
there. I have noticed 3 high tension wires
criss-crossing the Neherpar area. Has the
government given permission for construction near
these transmission lines??? |
| Reply: Uppal is
a good developer. Ansals Buildwell have already
tied up with crown group in sec 80 (license
received) and project expected shortly. DLF and
Unitech normally do not cater to low end markets.
DLF does not have a single project on sohna road
gurgaon where dozens of developers launched
project in last 3 years. Uppal is a reputed
builder. any project cannot take off without govt
permission i.e. license which is after
consideration of wires. | |

| Query: Does
aybody know what is the status of DD City Project
in Faridabad. I called up DD office and they say
that license will be available by mid april. Does
any body know how authentic this news is? |

my doubts. Can you ask them to produce a copy of
filing or applying the licence. By the way LOI is
obtained first before license. Have they obtained
the LOI so far. | |
