scheme at Sector 91? What will be the tentative
appreciation? Alos, I would like to know the
realistic road connectivity between Sec tor 91 and

NH 8) of IMT manesar to reach Uppal scheme at

is in sec 78 gurgaon. Sec 91 may be a different
project. I am not much aware about sec 91 projec
as such and not handling it.

We have a 2BHK flat in Raheja Vedaanta, and
recently I heard about the Uppals project which is
coming up in Sector-91, where we can get a 3BHK
for almost the same price. Since we bought the
flat for our personal use, I wanted to ask if it
is a good step to sell off the 2BHK and go for
Uppals?

use uppals sec 78 is a better location. Else hold
on to what you have.

no handling DLF anymore. bptp, vatika, uppals,
raheja, emaar are all good builders.

let me have the project details. I heard the new
gurgaon sectors are not being included in the
recently announced Gurgaon municipal corporation
limits. Is it true ??

not handling the project now. response was petty
lukewarm. i am also ot sure about the municipal
coporation limits. as such these should come under
HUDA first which may or may not eventually
transfer it to municipal corpoation for
maintenance post development.
