can clear abt the issues only after meeting

safe, for 3bh allotment pls speak directly to

Query: In 2006
only we gave 10% of the cost ...but no news after
that.

Allotment done for 2bh. just check with company
why communication not sent to you. maybe there are
issues for 3bh allotment, in that case see if you
can go for 2bh.
Query: While
buying a flat for investment , which option is
better -down payment or construction linked
plan.specially when it is not exactly construction
linked but time linked plan i.e after ever2-3 mths
a certain amt is being taken irrestpective of the
status of construction. down payment plan seems to
be cheaper by 10-15%
Reply: i still
prefer const linked or time linked instead of down
pmt. I really see no great benefit in 10-12
percent which effectively translates to 4-5
percent per annum.
Query: hi, I
was hoping you would have any news on Dharuhera
project of Triveni.Are you aware when triveni is
execting licence on it and also which sector have
they applied for.
Reply: it was
expected any time. but when, again,being a govt
department work cannot comment. in the past also
LOI/license/maps have taken time difficult to
determine.
Query: Sir, I
had got a booking done in Triveni Heights
Ghaziabad in 2006 and have already paid 4.5 lakh
till date. However due to certain reasons I want
to withdraw from the scheme now. The rep of
company has told me that since the allotments are
going on till now, no cancellations are being
entertained by them presently and they will
entertain the refund only by march end/ april
begining. Is it correct? Is there any other way
which I can adopt to get the cancellation done at
the earliest? Please help
Reply: if a
builder is in a position to offer allotment than
they can deny cancellation but if they are giving
yoiu a time-frame you can request for a pdc.
Requesting remains the only possibility.
Query: I asked
you earlier as well about the future of Triveni
Heights Ghaziabads project. at that time you tld
me that you will get back to me but its almost 3
months gone but no update from your side.I booked
a three bedroom flat in Oct06 but till now there
is no update on the progress of the project. can
you please tell me when they are going to start
the construction on this project.
Reply: the
allotment would happen within this month.
