am looking out for a 3bhk and as per your website
rate, triveni floral homes rate is working out to
1890 per sq ft (27.72 lacs divided by 1467),
whereas as per your reply to my last querry you
said rate in signature is only 1400..pls advice .
also, which do you think would be faster in
possession if i book today
Reply: floors
possession could take 18 months as company claims,
so more or less both in 2010. but in floors bank
funding not in place and self funding could be
atleast 30 percent.
Query: Is there
any scope of rental value in these flooors, as
there is hardly any IT industry presence across
the area of sector 89. So would it be possible to
rent these floors after 3-4 yrs time.
Reply: cities
survive without iT industry also. Dont be
obssessed that india cannot exist without IT
industry. However there are lot of IT parks coming
in faridabad including this very compound. Lastly
I dont recommend residential properties for rental
value.
Query: Since
the project offerss similar prices to bptp park
floors, which one in your view is the better
option for investment (short term say for 3 yrs)
point of view?
Reply: if
expressway is a considertaion triveni could turn
out to be a better location apart from slight
price advantage. Bptp has a brand advantage
though.
