heard Triveni villas to be launched in
sec-78,faridabad.I want to buy one 250sq villa as
an end user.Please suggest your opinion regarding
this project. They claim to give possession by
2010 year end.
Reply: The
project does not have any approval as of now. I
dont even suggest entering the project unless a
basic approval is there. earlier also company was
compelled to refund money for prelaunch bookings
of plots. Flats remain safe so far - approved in
all respect and development started. Villas not
recommended as of now.

interested in buying ground floor shop in this
commercial, how to approach? regards
Reply: we are
not recommending commercial presently till the
approval is received. as discussed telephonically
I shall be sending the calculation for flat in
galaxy shortly.
