hopefully yes. Green valley had less wastage, big
room sizes, wardrobes included, modular kitchen
included, lights and fans included. Difference was
flooring mainly, it was marble flooring then which
is vitrified in rps savana. Power backup limited
in green valley. On as is to where is basis, i
feel green valley is better address than savana
for end user.

the resale price for RPS SAVANA and Omex height?
is is wise to buy a 2+1 BHK which is as good as
3BHK in RPS or a 2 BHK in Omaxe? Please suggest

be around 1900-1950 psf. Recommended only if end
use.

Reply: not much
of a difference between the two, financially may
work out the similar. buy now pay later is viable
for investors only if they go for 1791 sq ft
module while here you have option to pick similar
denomination. another noteworthy point is that in
savana there is always risk of someone selling
lower than us as people have bought as low as
1300. while in rhythm it is the first price, so
down the line none could have an advantage over
you.
Query: Hi, I
went to the Savana Project site and was told that
by the time the common wealth game starts, the
road from Savana to Mathura Road all the way will
be made 100 mtr wide. Is it true? I see
Jhuggi/encroachment all the way in the road and
going forward with so much potential population to
support, the widening is more a need than luxury.
Reply: it is
proposed to be not till mathura road but the point
where old bridge is there, to the best of my
knowledge and then maybe through by-pass road to
mathura road. what you see as encraochment is a
colony and i dont see that colony going anywhere.
They may be talking about 100 ft and not 100 mtr.
100 mtr roads, i doubt i hae seen anywhere. The
roads can be 100 ft inspite of the existing
dwellings.
