been there at site and i have observed that the
major development work can only observed in 1st
& 2nd tower but in other three towers hardly
any man work can be seen. i hav 2 queries, the
first is when cud we expect development in other
towers. second can they demand for instalment even
if the stilt of our tower (3) is not even started
|

development hereafter is development linked. So
installment without development would not be
demanded. As regards towers, it is not essential
to develop all towers at the same tiime.

it is evident from the fact that foundation level
work has been carried out at project site, lot of

of ur reply in omaxe forest u have mentioned that
supreme court issued a ruling to ban all
construction in this area, as u are aware omaxe
hills shares the same land with omaxe forest does
that ruling affects also omaxe hills construction.
if yes, what would u suggest whether to continue
with the project or take an exit route or any
further judgement is pending or whether omaxe is
fighting its case or how omaxe is approaching with
the unit holders. |

no final judgement in omaxe case and infact there
are two different cases and issue. Hills and
forest sail in the same boat. A hearing is
scheduled for aug end. One could wait for that.
Wait has been endless so far. Omaxe gave option
for conversion to alternate projects. That is also
an option if omaxe allows a re-entry if project
gets approved. | |

matter is in the court, and as all we know all
court proceedings go by date by date, can u pls
inform us about the next date and what would be
the proceedings like. |

court. there is also concern over construction in
the belt over the forest issue. I have dropped my

very funny a builder sell all its flats in
pre-launch itself and enjoy with the investors
money for more than three years and exactly before
the project could initiate one day one inspector
come and put the objection on site. how could a
builder can develop a project without clearance
that to when a site fall under controversial
region. it straightly indicate their intentions
with public money. i seek ur opinion whether we
should wait for some time or quit from the deal
becoz if we cud have invested somewhere we cud
have got possession by now. |

may face an unprecedented situation anywhere else
an experienced builder like omaxe would have not
taken a chance. interestingly, the project has
clearance from environment also. But a legal
litigation is something that can happen to
anything. the day project comes up it is going to
be great investment but if you still keen to exit
I am sure omaxe may work out something.

yesterdays (17-3-08) toi-delhi edition omaxe had
placed coloured public notice to inform about the
clearance from environmental department for the
forest project on surajkund rd., i have two
queries in this regard pls. answer both the
queries, these are, 1. does this clearance applies
to project hills also. 2. this is the same
clearance as implied by the mining department or
it is different one, if it is the same than what
do say how much time omaxe wud take to launch
hills officially or to commence the construction
at the site. |

best of my info this clearance is applicable to
both. But unfortunately this is not what is
affecting the construction. It is the Haryana
state mining department which is totally different
issue and presently sub-judice. I would not like

what has been communicated but for an official
reply we may have to wait for another month or so.
But let us also understand omaxe itself has a lot
at stake. omaxe hills may be sold out but both
hills and forest are on same plot and have same
fate. Omaxe had done a massive campaign to market
forest including the heart-throb sample flat. they
also have an Israeli FDI for this project. I am
sure they would get it resolved.

to sell my 3bhk unit in this project which was
alloated on 5th floor, i need ur opinion regarding
2 aspects whether i shuld go ahead on sale with it
or wait for some time (please specify the time
limit) and second aspect if i go ahead with the
selling of the same then what price should i
expect. |

project is in no trading zone in market for few
reasons like high upfront, no actual construction
and infact there are some issues with mining
department as well. so no one like to enter at
this stage unless it is distress sale. But bright
side is that the location is excellent and if
badarpur flyover comes up the market price which
would was around 2750 before the problem could
also touch 4000 by possession.

when all plans were already saunctioned at the

are sanctioned but an environment clearance is
also required. Surajkund belt is a sensitive area
and some portion is declared forest. In that area
time to time construction has been halted in many
projects including eros lakewood and green valley.
