purchasing a 2BHK apartment in this projectl. Is
there any infrastructure project ( something like
the KMP xpressway) slotted at this place? What
according to you, are the current and the ideal
rates for Derrabassil? How much growth can be
expected here? And why?
Reply: This is
already the national highway i.e. delhi-chandigarh
highway. Infact six laning is underway. prices
have not picked up in the project. prices are rock
bottom almost near the two year back original
price. but it only if enduser perspective is
there.

but some how have shown step motherly treatment
towards this project .the project has been totally
changed i mean the number of towres have been
reallocated some people have been informed some
have not been.i request you to make a clear sense
of whats going on and let us all know

some time to get a clear status. Also pls post a
grievance in this regard from grievance section so
that we have a status.

to sell my 3BHK flat inOmaxe, Derabassi. What is
the rate i can get in re-sale and is there any

liquidity is slow there though prospects are high,
location good, completion near and work on nh
widening also going on. Someone locally only may
help. You can also post a classified on our site
regarding the same. Maybe someone expresses
interest.
Query: when is
the project expected to be completed at dera
bassi.
Reply: expected
date is always the date as per builder buyer
agreement. The date has neither passed away nor
there is a case of inactivity at site, so we go by
the agreement date as expected date.
Query: Sir
there is news in TOI that Omaxe recd NOC from
Punjab pollution control board regarding there
project in derabassi. Hope hurdles will also be
removed for their omaxe hills and other projects
which are getting delayed due to govt. redtapism .

sir, I had visited the site of the project on 02
feb and would like to share the progress with the
other people on this site.The project is
progressing well,five towers are in advanced
stages of completion towers six and eight will be
started next month according to the supervisors on
ground.The towers one,two four five and seven are
in advanced stages of completion.The company has
also acquired some land adjoining the existing
premises,the sewage and water line is being
laid,both the entry gates have been built.the pdc
on site is 10 months from now.My quetion is that
what is the status of the court case against ppcb
(case no 5176 on the punjab high court site)and
also what can I as an investor do if I donot get
possesion in the time frame as stipulated by the
company(30 monthe from apr 06 in this case).

possession is binding as per agreement else
penalty clause is there except in case company
tries to find immunity bcoz of the govt
intervention clause. Meanwhile I suggest post your
entry in our grievance section for the project if
you have any concern. We intend to present an
agenda to respective developers on fortnightly
basis.
