approval for the Airport in G. Noida. Is it really
comming and all NOC are obtained?? As per my
understanding still Cabinet has not given go ahead
and project is still not final. What is your
opinion? |

else we should contacer omaxe directly. Kindly
give you comparative analysis about prospects of
above mentioned 02 omaxe options as compared to
unitech verve, habitat at noida and upcoming
unitech project in gnoida |

of omaxe are lower than unitech. at palm greens
the price of omaxe was at 2575 which is atleast
5090-6000 psf less than unitech project in the
same sector. we can arrange a unit for you in both
omaxe palm greens and grandwoods.

Greens, which one do you see having best return on
investment in 5 years down the line, please?

to buy 2 bedroom flat in OMAXE Grand, Sec 93 Noida
I want to know what would be approximate monthly
socity mainteiance charge (after possession) for
the same |

buying use classified section. maintenance cannot
be known now and would be known only post
possession. It is normally in line with rest of
the projects in the neighbourhood which presently
could be Rs.1.50-2.50 psf per month.

What is the maximum best deal we can get in Omaxe
geenwood in sector 93 . In that amount how much we
need to pay by cash . Also can you tell me any
builder flats in sector 119 Noida ,whose range is
within Rs 35 Lakh. In january end i am coming to
india and want to buy a flat in this range . Hope

deal in builder flats. Omaxe was prelaunched at
3565 psf. Depending upon location to location
expect a price band of around 3800-4000 psf.
