Jitu ji, How do you rate Mahindra chloris project
compared to any of the project in NCR especially
in Faridabad (like Omaxr Spa village. It seems
costlier than Jaypee Wish town/ Amrapali Amantran
(Noida) etc. Do they offer any discoiunt at this
point of time.

compare national highways with any other roads.
Land cost itself is around 10 times the cost of
land in neher paar area (greater faridabad). Then
the Mahindra Lifespaces brand name and quality
(first project in NCR was Central Park I on golf
course road, gurgaon). Security features and other
things make it one of a kind property. Even today
all public transport - Bus, trains, autos easily
accessible. One of the best schools DPS is on the
adjacent plot. I doubt if there are any discounts.

to book but let me know why it is almost 2000 Rs
more expensive than BPTP
Reply: This is
national highway and not dependent on any other
development. It is a part of most developed
areasIt is adjacent to DPS school. Once flyover
comes up it is going to be less tahn 10 minutes
drive. A metro station is proposed at walking
distance. All public transport - buses, railways
and auto rickshaws accessible. Premium project,
unmateched security levels and limited apartments.
On this road plot rate is 60000 psy while in bptp
it is 15000 psy.
