has a delivered project in greater noida. Prices
in wishtown look attractive, but still dont buy
purely as an investor unless you have a possible
enduse in mind.

for the location and project looks reasonable.
Possession time is broadly 3 years. No discounts
from developer as such.
Query: I had
bought apartment in Pavilion court Jaypee Sec 128
Noida @ 4900 psf. Now they have come up with
Klassic wish town @3300. I am feeling cheated as
they have dropped prices drastically seeing market
conditions and have previous buyers feeling
cheated ? What can i do ?

Jaypee Greens Noida Sec 128 and want to stay
there. However, im in fix as i dont want to stay
in property which will not appreciate. Im getting
plot in resale at around 105,000 psy. Is it a good
option?
Reply: when you
buy for living, appreciation should not be a
concern. Though any asset should be one which
could be easily liquidated in hour of need. That
way a plot in jaypee may not be the right choice.
Query: Has the
developer obtained all the needful
permission,approval from authorities OR is this
only at a proposed plan stage? Is this developer
dependable and has enough resources to deliver the
goods.
Reply: To the
best of my info it is an approved project else
developer could have not advertised it in a
manner. They are dependable, Their similar project
in Greater Noida is operational, people living and
is one of a class project. see it to believe it.
Query: How is
jaypee klassic as an investment option @ 3330 ?
Also, how is it different from earlier Pavilion
court and Kalypso court ?
Reply: Location
and specs make a difference. Still i find the
price quite attractive. but please at this point
of time, stop buying as investor, rather buy only
if enduser. Investors should focus on grabbing
distress sales.
