new launch at noida called wishtown. Do you think
it will be feasible to cancel Mooncourt booking
and book flat in Wishtown,if i book through you?

sure if they would cancel the previous booking,
for that you would have to speak directly to them.
Query: How are
Jaypee Garden Court apartments launched recently
in Wish Town Project ? Even in this melting market
they have priced it @ 6000 psf. Is it worthwhile ?
Reply: i have
never recommended jaypee as investment and as
enduser if you find something worth being your
dream house and if price tag is affordable, then
justification may or may not matter.
Query: How come
Jaypee Moon Court price is almost double psf, when
compared to Omaxe Palm Green. Both the projects
are in Greater Noida.
Reply: location
is one of the major difference. Infact it is a
central location around which entire greater noida
revolves. Project is a premium property with a
proper operational golf course, resort, within
complex. Property is a unique project, no
comparision with any other project. See it to
believe it, experience cant be described
otherwise. In same locality, a 3 star hotel and
five star hotel can have much different prices.
