Jeetu, As i heard from various broker that now a
days people are going for higher floor in high
rise apartments. Is it really true and what is the
reason behind it. What is its effect on resale
down the way. As you are saying that appartment
price is on bottom in Gnoida, then how we can
expect that it is going to go up in gurgaon sec
37, as both comes under NCR reason. Is gurgaon is
having any additional advantage over Gnoida? Do
you know any builder is coming with plot option in
gurgaon close to SEZ?

are lowest not just in gnoida but also in gurgaon
and faridabad. I cant comment on any broker.
Preferences are changing though lower floor still
remain popular. Buying for 3 year perspective is
what i am suggesting. Those people who dont have
patience should rather keep out.

percent is what I can fetch from reputed
developers and some of the properties already
existing. And trust me if there is someone who
offers 12 percent it always come with a CATCH.
