previous queries. I have been dropping a lot of
questions and you are nice as always to reply as
fast as possible. My question for this time is
related with the plot in Era Oakwood Court plots
and villas at Palwal. I am interested in buying it
and need to know the best rate that could be
possible, after getting discount if the deal goes
through you. Again, is this the best location in
palwal or should I be thinking about buying
something with Omaxe, as they are having one
scheme with similar prices too? I am little
paranoid about buying apartment as the rates have
been going down, although luxury apartment at
Triveni Galaxy and Omaxe spa is what I had
shortlisted before.I am not hearing good things
about Triveni that they are in trouble and
construction work is halted right now. Ofcourse,
you are the best person to throw some light on
that issue. Please take your time and reply me

point of time, pls understand, all developers are
in trouble as far as liquidity pressures are
concerned but at the same time, most whom we are
dealing including triveni are being constantly
monitored. The asset position of triveni is
fortunately better than even many biggies. I dont
see any issue. As far as plots are concerned omaxe
anyday has a much better location while in flats
era has better location. However if you want i can
even work out an assured return option with era
which would come with a buy back option as well.
So even in a worse case scenario exit would not be
problem and appreciation is assure.d
Query: Is era
oakwood plot @ 8250 a good investment ? Also, how
is assured return being offered on plots ? That is
mostly for commercial properties ? thanks

is fine. Though as investment it can depend on
maket conditions. it is for these reasons that
developer has come out with assured return model.
