	Query: Thanks for the previous reply. I would like to know about Era as a builder and the status of the project in sector 78. Are all the approvals in place? What would be the resale price.
	Reply: i find developer credible. Company listed on stock exchange. They were earlier into construction like contracting etc. As developer have done some commercials in meerut etc. As developer not really done much in residential but now has good land bank in NCR. As regards project and approvals i am not interacting with company frequently so cannot comment.
