amount is not clear. I plan to finence max through

min 400 psf though most offerings are min 600+.

too bullish bcoz if high plc and high wastage
smaller bedrooms. uppals canary residency looks
more interesting.

handling it. But not too pleased with the project.
Room sizes very small and apparently high wastage.
Also it is like misleading people with low bsp of
2300 odd and then pushing a PLC of as high as 650+
which looks more or less mandatory. First DLF
started it and now emaar is doing it. 30 percent
PLC looks crazy to me. Recommended strictly for
those who could blindly follow emaar brand name. I
would have been happy if they would have fixed a
BSP of 3000 psf and given better sizes than going
in for gimmicks. That is my honest opinion. We are
associated with them and can get the booking done.
