Query: Hi Jitender, Could you pls suggest about the current Eldeco Olympia price for 3BHK. In an earlier post by Mr Sanjay Ghosh, the price indicated was 2975 psf. Was it correct...Thx Deepak
Reply: yes it is correct. This existing expressway at this price looks better.

Query: Hi Jeetendra, Few questions regarding Eldeco project in Sec-119. 1) Whats your opinion about this project 2) What are the prevailing rates there 3) When is the possession. I plan to buy one 3BR there for end use. Also, how is this compared with Eldecos sec-109 Amantran project. Many thanks Rajeev
Reply: Eldeco is also offering a project on existing expressway. I feel that should be a better buy.
