Query: Mr. Jitendra, have been reading about Emaars project in Sec. 66 called Palm Drive. There is perception painted in Singapore that Sector 66 will be the hottest in Gurgaon with many residential and commercial projects coming up. How true is it ? Is it going to be better than golf course road too ?
Reply: golf course road concludes at sec 66 and joins the sohna road which already has more than dozen prominent projects like vatika city, vipul greens, unitech uniworld, omaxe nile etc. So yes it is a good sector. But the new project at BPTP at 2600 psf which comes to 2900-3100 depending upon specs is really attractive from both investment and end user perspective as palm drive sells at 4600-5100 psf.
