upload pictures shortly. It is decontrolled so i
dont see any permission requirement for
construction to start. Also as much as i am aware
there is a requirement for an NOC which crown
should help in procuring.

Reply: some
plots have been offered possession, else more or
less it is due shortly. So entire payment is
upfront with no bank funding at this stage.
Discounted price would be around 5500 psy.

project approved by any bank for loan. 3. payment
terms. 4.const.approval authority. 5.any discount.

under decontrolled area where approvals or
licensing etc not actually applicable. Final
discounted rate 5500. Pmt to be completed in 3
months, when you get possession. Bank funding not
applicable before possession. Final crown taker
would remain crown group or local association or a
maintenance agency appointewd by either.
