response to many queries regarding loan for BPTP
Villa, I would like to inform that my loan was
sanctioned by LIC Housing and installments are
also disbursed as per requirement.

for feedback. I also checked with LIC, they are
ready to disburse future installments as demanded
by Company, but neither reimbursing what has been
paid nor funding in case of resale transfer. If
they start doing that market should improve as new
buyers could easily start buying.
Query: Is there
any construction happening at parklands ?
specifically for 150 yrds villa ? I have been
asking them since last 3-4 months abt the next
payment demand (after 45%) but they are always
saying that wait for another 2-3 months...

know except a few lanes of 250 sq yd, there is no
siginificant development happening in other sizes.
no clear replies are being given.
Query: Hi, pls
update on 225 sq yards villa construction. Also
awaiting new pictures of villa construction
specially for 225 sq yards. Pictures in images are
almost 1.5 months old and by now there should be
significant development.
Reply: there is
no significant change at site, so old pictures are
as good as updated. We would upload if some
visible difference is there at site.

regards to BPTP villa...pls advise the premium
going for 150 and 225 yd and whether there are any

Reply: very few
buyers. Plot rates in f block should be around
15000 psy. Logically premium should be around
7500-8000 psy to plot size 150/200 sqyd. I am
referring to booking of first price list.
Query: Indeed
very surprising .. 4 month back i saw the same
lane with close to 10 Villas under constrcution.
Is that all thats been build so far. How are they
going to delievry 400 Villa( approx). Shocking
boss... just 10 villa over 4 months.. how r they
going to deliver 400...

worry villas font take much time, infact what is
constructed is also not too long. Similarly once
they pursue other lanes aggressively time factor
for possession should not be an issue.
