Query: For investment purpose, we want to buy an apartment in Faridbad within 25-30lac. Interested in BPTP Park Towers. Wanted to know about the credibilty of the company., since keeping reading about customers dissatisfaction. Also want to know of the growth prospects of that area, is the project licensed? Is there a more feasible project you can recommend. Thnks
Reply: at this point, unless enduser who is in love with a project, one should pick up resale projects where allotment, construction progress, economics including hidden charges, bank disbursements etc etc well known.
